The odd ones out here though is Sensei's Divining Top, which is used to help manipulate what I will be cascading into and Crucible of Worlds, which I use to recover from wipes and to abuse Strip Mine. The Artifacts: As you can see, the artifacts aren't a large chunk of the deck, and are mostly just the standard ramp package. I will point out what I would recommend as a replacement where applicable, so without further ado, here is the Maelstrom Wanderer. If getting killed by large expensive creatures is annoying, then Commander is probably not the format for you. I want it to be powerful, because losing every game sucks, but I don't want to do annoying things to my opponents. This is the type of deck I strive to create. No annoying counterspells, no boring land destruction, just pure monster assault (although I may cheat them out a few turns early).
